Witch

Injury and illness are common parts of the lives of the nomads. To battle these constant foes live an odd breed of men known as witch doctors. Though dogged and somewhat crazy they are effective healers and the curse of a witch is not a light threat.

Special Notes: This unit is capable of healing those around it, and curing them of poison. Many creatures of the world of Wesnoth are partly animated through magic. They perceive the world with more than simply their reason and instinct and are consequently less affected by this sort of mental attack.
